CASE 5: ALL-CERAMIC CROWNS Before Problem An irregular smile, caused by a combination of uneven tooth wear, uneven color, and a "reverse" incisor line (where the line of the teeth do not follow the line of the lower lip). This gave the appearance of a "harsh" smile. After Treatment All-Ceramic crowns were placed to soften the tooth color, normalise the smile line, and repair the uneven tooth wear.
