Lab Policy :: Credit & Payment Policy

If your dentist hasn't worked with us before:
- We offer your dentist the convenience of a monthly open account after a credit check.
- You need to pay 30% of the lab fees as the down payment when case is sent to our lab at the begining. Payment of the rest 70% lab fees is due when the case is cemented.
- You need to pay the lab fee directly to us if your dentist does not include it in the dental treatment charges.
Invoice will be sent to your dentist when the case is cemented. If our lab fee wasn't included in your dentist's treatment charges, you need to pay us separately.
